Constitution

The long term running of the club is governed by the PADMAC constitution. This document sets out;
  • PADMAC's aims and objectives
  • The responsibilities of the main committee members
  • The process and requirements for amending the constitution
  • Membership classes
  • That members agree to abide by PADMAC's rules
  • How disputes will be settled
  • Calling an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting
  • Calling the Annual General Meeting and reports required from the committee
  • Election of committee members
  • The process to be followed in the event of the club being wound up
Any member requiring a copy of the constitution should contact the Chairman.

Flying Site Rules

Welfare and Care of Children and Vulnerable Adults.

PADMAC has a responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of junior members and vulnerable adults while undertaking the sport of model flying. To this end the club has a policy that covers the requirements and responsibilities of those involved.  More ...
